The center block can be a Square-in-a-Square surrounded by QSTs. Or you can make another of the on-point squares surrounded by QSTs. Or you can simply use a square of fabric. You can make all of the squares from the same fabric, or two or three fabrics. You can fussy cut those squares…or not. The choice is yours!
